Where Care, Compassion and Understanding bring Quality to Life:
Our Commitment to Excellence in Care
At the heart of our philosophy is a dedication to achieving best practice in person-centered care. We believe that admission to our home, regardless of the reason, should be a positive and enriching life experience. We strive to address all aspects of daily living, ensuring each resident feels a deep sense of individuality, respect, choice, privacy, personal preference, and cultural diversity. Above all, we aim to foster an enduring sense of belonging and well-being.
Empowering Residents in Decision-Making
Our approach emphasizes supporting residents in making decisions and promoting their empowerment. By enabling self-management, we help residents maintain autonomy and a sense of control in their lives.
Tailored Personal Plans of Care
Through a comprehensive pre-admission assessment, we ensure that each resident receives a personalized plan of care tailored to meet their specific needs. From the moment they arrive, residents are welcomed into a homely and nurturing environment. Our “Home from Home” atmosphere is built on the dedication and warmth of our long-standing team of staff, who embrace and embody a strong culture of family.
Creating Spaces for Well-Being
To cater to the varied needs of our residents, we provide a diverse range of indoor and outdoor social areas. These spaces are thoughtfully designed to either stimulate or calm, depending on the preferences of the resident. From quiet gardens to lively communal rooms, every area is accessible and encourages residents to choose where they feel most comfortable.
The sense of well-being is central to everything we do and is continuously enriched by our skilled and compassionate staff, who are always attentive to the needs and desires of each resident.

31 Aug 2022: K W (Granddaughter of Resident)
My grandad absolutely loved Towell House, he passed peacefully last Monday. We as a family can’t thank the staff enough. We will always be thankful for the help he got from the moment he stepped in the door until he passed. He never had a bad word to say about his time in Towell House. He had a good relationship with all staff members (maybe more than some) but he settled in well and got on with everyone as he had a heart of gold. I know Towell House has lost a good man but he will never leave those who helped him and cared for him. Again, thank you and God Bless.
