My mum has been in Towell House since the beginning of 2017. She loves the attention and activities. The staff, from cleaners to management are outstanding in their care and treatment of the residents. I could not have wished for somewhere better from my mum to stay. A real home from home with 24 hour care. I have no worries and I’m always informed if anything is wrong with my mum. A first class home

My grandad absolutely loved Towell House, he passed peacefully last Monday. We as a family can’t thank the staff enough. We will always be thankful for the help he got from the moment he stepped in the door until he passed. He never had a bad word to say about his time in Towell House. He had a good relationship with all staff members (maybe more than some) but he settled in well and got on with everyone as he had a heart of gold. I know Towell House has lost a good man but he will never leave those who helped him and cared for him. Again, thank you and God Bless.

My parents came to Towell House a few years ago and have been treated with dignity and respect since Day 1. The staff and management have one focus – the care and well being of the residents. The staff’s dedication really came to life during COVID, at times making some difficult and unpopular decisions but always with the best intentions. We often commented that Mum and Dad had more of a social life than us with all the fun activities and the hilarious antics of the staff during super difficult times.
