Sarah-Jane Stafford

HOME MANAGER

Sarah-Jane has been a dedicated professional in the Care Industry since 2012. She has completed NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Care for the Elderly and earned her Diploma in Leadership and Management with a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care. Sarah-Jane assumed the role of Home Manager in January 2021. She enjoys working at Towell House, expressing her enthusiasm for leading the staff and maintaining the high standards of care that Towell House is renowned for.

Nicolle Forsythe

DEPUTY HOME MANAGER

Nicolle began her career at Towell House in May 2018 as a Senior Care Assistant. With a degree in Health and Social Care, she started her managerial training in July 2020. By November 2020, Nicolle transitioned into a managerial role as Care Coordinator, and by November 2021, she was promoted to Deputy Home Manager. Nicolle finds her position at Towell House incredibly rewarding; she particularly enjoys the diversity of her role and the opportunity to get to know all the residents and their families on a personal level.

Michelle Twist

TRAINING MANAGER

With over 20 years of experience in the care industry, Michelle is a seasoned professional. She has completed NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Care for the Elderly, as well as the A1 Assessor’s course and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care. Since joining Towell House in 2010, Michelle has thoroughly enjoyed her position, stating that she finds it both challenging and rewarding.

Madonna Ferris

ASSISTANT MANAGER

Madonna brings over 30 years of experience in the care industry to Towell House, where she began working in 2018 as a Senior Care Assistant. She quickly advanced to the position of Team Leader. Having completed her NVQ Level 3, she is now working towards her NVQ Level 4.

Madonna loves working at Towell House, stating that caring for and supporting others gives her a sense of purpose. She enjoys building relationships with individuals she might not otherwise meet. In 2023, Madonna became the Assistant Home Manager. In this role, she looks forward to contributing her experiences and knowledge, as well as learning the managerial side of social care.

 

Maria Pisova

NIGHT SERVICE MANAGER

Maria began her journey at Towell House in January 2014 as a Domestic Assistant. Her passion and dedication to working directly with residents and families have driven her remarkable career progression. Over the years, Maria advanced from Care Assistant to Senior Care Assistant, and in 2018, she stepped into the role of Team Leader. Along the way, she earned Level 2 and 3 Diplomas in Health and Social Care. In July 2021, Maria took on a new challenge as an Assistant Night Service Manager while also completing her Level 5 qualification. By 2023, she achieved the position of Night Service Manager. Maria loves working at Towell House, finding the work incredibly rewarding and full of opportunities for growth.

Norman Green

Norman joined Towell House in 2023, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his years in the catering industry, where he owned and operated his own restaurants. He thrives on the challenge of providing nutritious meals tailored to the diverse needs of our residents, and he truly enjoys his work here at Towell House.

Rachael Corry

DEPUTY ACTIVITY MANAGER

Rachael has been a dedicated member of the Towell House team since 2017. She is deeply involved in planning and coordinating activities for the residents, as well as spending quality one-on-one time with them. Her favourite part of the job is witnessing the progress of each resident and building personal connections with them on a deeper level.

Sarah Brooker

ACTIVITIES MANAGER

Sarah has been a dedicated member of the Towell House team since 2007. Her role involves overseeing the activities department and coordinating fundraising events. Sarah finds immense joy in her work, stating that there is nothing more rewarding than seeing residents settle in and enjoy their time at Towell House through the various activities and events.
