HOME MANAGER
Sarah-Jane has worked in the Care Industry since 2012. She has completed NVQ 2 & 3 in Care for the Elderly and completed her Diploma, Level 5 Leadership and Management course in Health and Social Care. Sarah-Jane became the Home Manage in January 2021. She enjoys working in Towell House; stating she is looking forward to leading the staff and maintaining the high standard of care Towell House is known for.
DEPUTY HOME MANAGER
Nicolle started working in Towell House in May 2018 as a Senior Care Assistant. Nicolle has a Degree in Health and Social Care and in July 2020 she started training to be a manager. She took up her new position in a managerial role as Care Coordinator in November 2020 and became Assistant Manager November 2021. Nicolle finds her new position here in Towell House very rewarding; stating she enjoys the diversity of her role and getting to know all the residents and their families.
TRAINING MANAGER
Michelle had over 20 years of experience in the care industry. She has completed NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Care for the Elderly. She has also completed A1 Assessor’s course and Diploma, Level 5 Leadership and Management course in Health and Social Care . Michelle has worked for Towell House since 2010. She enjoys her position here in Towell House; stating she finds it challenging and rewarding.
ASSISTANT MANAGER
Madonna has over 30 years’ experience in the care industry. She started working in Towell House in 2018 as a Senior Care Assistant soon becoming a Team leader. She has completed her NVQ Level 3 and working towards NVQ Level 4. Madonna enjoys working in Towell House; stating, caring and supporting others gives her a purpose in life. She enjoys creating relationships with those who she would not normally mix with. In 2023 she became the Assistant Home Manager. In this role she is looking forward to working at the other end of the company, providing input from her experiences and knowledge. Also learning the other side of social care from a managerial position.
NIGHT SERVICE MANAGER
Maria started working in Towell House in January 2014 as a Domestic assistant. With her passion and dedication to work directly with residents and families, in past years Maria moved up from care assistant to Senior care assistant and in 2018 carried out duties as a Team leader. She also completed Level 2 and 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. In July 2021 Maria started her new position as an Assistant Night Service Manager along with completing her level 5. In 2023 Maria became the Night Service Manager. Maria loves working in Towell House stating that the work is very rewarding and gives her a lot of opportunities to grow.
ACTIVITIES MANAGER
Sarah has worked for Towell House since 2007. Her role involves organising the overall running of the activities department and fundraising events. Sarah enjoys her position here in Towell House; stating there is nothing more rewarding than seeing residents settle and enjoy their time here in Towell House through activities and events.
DEPUTY ACTIVITY MANAGER
Rachael has worked in Towell House since 2017, she is involved in the planning and coordinating of activities for the residents and spending time with them on a one to one basis. Her favourite part of the job is seeing progress in a resident and getting to know them on a more personal level.
ACTIVITY COORDINATOR
Leanne has worked in Towell House for a number of years. She first started in the kitchen and quickly moved to the dining room before joining the activity department. Leanne is out going and lively and makes a great addition to the activities team. Leanne enjoy’s her job and loves getting to know the residents and spending time with them on things they enjoy doing.
