Our Executive Chef oversees our Catering department. He creates healthy, varied and well-balanced menus.

We cater for all diets. Vegetarian, Vegan and special medical related diets i.e. diabetic, soft foods.

He manages four chefs who work 7 days a week and prepare all meals. 

All meals are made in house from fresh ingredients, sourced locally. 

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are served in our dining rooms by our Dining Room Staff. There is always two options at each meal time, as well as a selection of sandwiches, salads and homemade soup of the day with a selection of breads and traybakes. 

Morning , Afternoon and Evening Tea Trolleys including Supper at 10pm are prepared by our kitchen staff and is served in all lounges and bedrooms by our Care Staff. 

Fresh water is given out everyday to residents bedrooms and we have two water fountains in the home. One upstairs and One downstairs.
