Laundry services are provided in-house and are included as part of the weekly fee. For items requiring dry cleaning, this can be arranged at an additional cost.

Our industrial machines operate using a cold wash system, ensuring efficiency and hygiene. However, we advise against bringing garments that require special care, such as cashmere or items with specific washing instructions, as they may not be suitable for our processes. All clothes are dried using a tumble dryer to maintain practicality and turnaround.

To ensure the smooth handling and return of belongings, we kindly request that all residents’ clothing is clearly labeled with their names. This helps us keep personal items organised and avoids any mix-ups.
