Our aim is to meet the needs of our residents by providing appropriate person centered care. 

Using pre-admission assessment each resident can be assured of a personal plan of care tailored to their individual needs. This means our staff will know what personal care needs to provided along with meal requirements and what mobility issues their maybe. 

On admission we ask the resident along with family/friends to complete a THIS ME BOOKLET. This booklet helps to give us an insight into night time routines the individual has. Their likes/dislikes as well as hobbies and interests etc.
